V.A.T 12% (subject to change without prior notice) & APA 25% of the charter fee are not included in the rates.
What is APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance)?
APA is an additional budget (typically around 25% of the charter fee) paid in advance to cover running expenses during your trip. This includes fuel, food and beverages, marina fees, and any special requests. The captain manages the APA transparently and provides a full breakdown at the end of the charter. Any unused amount is refunded, while extra expenses (if any) are settled accordingly.
Additional Rate Details:
All rates are for the entire yacht and are subject to change without notice prior to actual reservation.
An additional premium may be applied for holiday periods such as Christmas and New Year.
Rates are Plus Expenses.
High Season (July & August):
22,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Mid Season (June & September):
20,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Low Season (Rest months)
17,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses

Relocation Fees:
Catamarans up to 52 ft: Cyclades (1,000 EUR)
Catamarans 55 ft and up: Cyclades (1,500 EUR)
Catamarans 80 ft, motor yachts and power catamarans: according to fuel consumption
Due to logistics, charters with embarkation or disembarkation in Santorini will be charged one extra day (one way).
Delivery fees (shared between charters as handling fees):
Yachts up to 52 ft: 1,000 EUR (500/500 split)
Yachts 55 ft and up: 1,500 EUR (750/750 split)

The yacht is based in Athens but can be relocated to other islands or regions upon request, subject to relocation fees. This allows you the flexibility to start or end your charter closer to your preferred destination.

An experienced and professional captain with extensive charter experience throughout the Cyclades, Ionian Sea, and Sporades, Thanos is known for his calm leadership, strong seamanship, and guest-focused approach. With a background in yacht operations, hospitality, and aircraft engineering, he combines safety, reliability, and excellent onboard service to create relaxed and unforgettable cruising experiences in the Greek islands.
Qualifications:
Sailing Diploma, Speed Boat Operator License, First Aid Certification, Extensive Greek Cruising Experience, Aircraft Engineering Background.
Cook / Hostess:
Leonora Stavrou
Leonora is an experienced yacht cook and hostess with a passion for Mediterranean cuisine, warm hospitality, and personalized guest service. Having spent the past several years working aboard crewed catamarans in Greece, she is known for her attention to detail, delicious homemade meals, and welcoming onboard atmosphere that makes every charter experience truly memorable.
